ChenYongtong,ZhaoSuning,ZhengJunxianObjective:ThisstudyaimstounderstandtheinfluenzavaccinationstatusofthepermanentpopulationinMacauandanalyzeitsinfluencingfactors.Method:AstratifiedclustersamplingmethodwasusedtoconductaquestionnairesurveyonthepermanentpopulationofMacaufromNovember16to22,2020.Thesurveymainlyincludesbasicknowledgeofinfluenza,personalvaccinationbehavior,andfamilyvaccination.Conductanalysisusingchisquaretest,singlefactorandmultiplefactorlogisticregressionmodelstoexploretheinfluencingfactorsofthepubliconinfluenzavaccination.Result:Atotalof2207residentseffectivelyparticipatedinthesurvey,withmalesaccountingfor45.3%andfemalesaccountingfor54.7%.62.1%oftherespondentsstatedthattheyhavereceivedthefluvaccineinthepast12months.61.0%oftherespondentshavealowlevelofawarenessofinfluenzarelatedknowledge.Multivariatelogisticregressionanalysisshowedthattheoldertheage,thehigherthemonthlyhouseholdincome,thehighertheeducationlevel,thehigh-riskoccupation,themedicalstaff,thepoorerthephysicalcon

Collectingreal-worlddataandgeneratingreal-worldevidencefromitisbecomingincreasinglyimportantformakingbetterdecisionsinthehealthcarefield.CentralandEasternEuropean(CEE)countriesareoftenlateadoptersofnewhealthtechnologies,therefore,theirHTAsystemscanbenefitfromtransmittingdataandevidence,includingRWD,RWE,andmethodsfromothercountries(primarilyfromWesternEurope).However,inreality,thissituationrarelyoccurs.Thepurposeofthisonlineseminaristodiscussthefollowingquestion:WhatarethemainobstaclestothetransmissionofdataandmethodsfromCentralandEasternEurope,whichoriginatedinWesternEurope?Whatarethesuggestedsolutionstoovercometheseobstaclesandopportunities?OrestaPiniazhkowillhostthiswebinarandshareherexperienceindevelopingmethodologyguidelinesandHTAconclusionsfortransferabilityinUkraine.BertalanNemethwillpresentthemainfindingsofthenext-generationHTAresearchprogramfundedbytheEUHorizon2020,duringwhichtheseissueswereinvestigated.ArisAngeliswillfocusonthebarriersandopportunitiesinthetransferabilityofdata

Toguideandsteerthisdiscussion,thespeakerwillintroducethekeydecision-makingpathsforMD&Dreimbursementinspecificcountries/regions,tocompareandcontrastevidencerequirements,andexplorewhetherRWEcanmeettheseneeds.TheseelementswillbeaccompaniedbyexamplesthatwillconsidertheimpactofHTAbarriers,RWEdefinitions,andRWEvalidationrelatedtothecountry/region,inordertomakethemacceptabletodecision-makingbodies.Then,thedebatewillfocusontheadvantagesandlimitationsofreal-worlddatainthecontextofaccountingdecisions;ThiswillincludetheacceptanceofRWEfromotherregions(suchastheUnitedStates)inEurope,compliancewithGDPRrulesfortheuse/accessofRWE,andensuringRWEqualityperspectivesthatmeetthepurpose.
